Terms and Conditions

The Blue-9 Pet Products Share Your Pet Pack Giveaway is sponsored by Blue-9 LLC (dba Blue-9 Pet Products; referred to in these terms and conditions as “Blue-9” and “Sponsor”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The “Blue-9 Pet Products Share Your Pet Pack Giveaway” (“campaign”) is sponsored by Blue-9. This campaign is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the campaign, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the campaign, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The campaign is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All entries are subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Eligibility

The campaign is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time (or otherwise of legal age) of entry who have Internet access and a valid email account prior to the beginning of the campaign period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. 

For the campaign entry to be valid, the participant must successfully share all required information on the “Share Your Pet Pack” via the entry submission form on the campaign landing page, https://www.blue-9.com/pages/pet-family-giveaway/ (“Landing Page”). All required fields must be entered and submitted as indicated, including but not limited to first name, last name, valid email address, and type(s) of pet(s) owned.

By entering the campaign, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their names and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

How to Enter

Entrants must submit at least one (1) pet species owned via the  “Share Your Pet Pack” landing page, as the required elements for eligibility, specified above. Limited to one (1) entry per participant.

The campaign submission period is from February 10, 2025 – March 31st, 2025 (“Submission Period”). All entries must be submitted via the Landing Page (per the above terms) no later than by March 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm EST to be considered.

By entering the campaign, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

Winner Selection

All entries received during the Submission Period will be reviewed by the Sponsor. Once the Submission Period closes, all entries with the required elements will be viewed/read and evaluated by the Sponsor to confirm eligibility, specified above. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion.

The Sponsor will select three (3) winners between April 1st, 2025 – April 4th, 2025. Selection of the eligible winning entries will be random. A representative from the Sponsor and/or one of its agents will contact the winners to communicate the winnings. Non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other property.

Prizes

Per the above, the winner will be communicated to by April 4th, 2025 by the Sponsor and/or one of its agents. The winners MUST be a resident of the United States, per the Eligibility requirements above.

Each winner — three (3) total — will receive one (1) $100.00 (USD) Blue-9 Pet Products Gift Card (“Prize”) for use exclusively on the Blue-9 Pet Products website located at https://www.blue-9.com/. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and has no cash value.

Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for any damages or losses related to the campaign, including any technical issues or failures.

Privacy

All entries are subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Iowa.
