For some reason I looked at the black hole covers and thought they were the short legs in the photo..and thought the short legs would be a medium sized leg...in-between the two leg sizes I actually ended up with. So that was a little disappointing. But after I received it and looked back at the photos, I better understood what I was getting. I think if there were photos showing how the hole-blocking pieces worked it may have been more clear what they were vs were not. Somehow I thought they were the short black feet in the photo. Or maybe if there was a video clip showing how each item was added to the Klimb and used. All of which would be helpful information for someone making the purchase that isn't familiar with the product. Otherwise, it's been a decent product so far! My only other suggestion, is that I wish the hole covers could go on the top when the feet are screwed in. So that my smaller dogs feet don't get caught in the crevice of the hole even though it's "filled" with the top of the leg. There's still enough gap for little feet. But that's just a nit-picky suggestion :) so far we love it!
